Hopefully,
the Mitchell Report will be available for free and in plain text file format so that I can read the report on my Kindle.
⊗ I’d like to try some of whatever
Anil Dash is on.
⊗ Mark Zuckerberg’s
apology regarding Facebook’s Beacon reminds me of the Six Apart licensing debacle that is Movable Type 3.0.
⊗ My Amazon Kindle arrived! The Kindle is smaller than the pictures I’ve seen and heavier than I thought it would be. So far, I’ve read a sample of Alan Greenspan’s The Age of Turbulence, read a few text files, played some mp3s, looked up stuff on Wikipedia, and fiddled with the menu. My experience with the Amazon Kindle thus far has been excellent.
⊗ The key to increasing Windows Vista adoption is to have Windows XP’s Service Pack 3 make a computer much slower than under Service Pack 2,
instead of faster.
⊗ Ryan Naraine’s comment regarding
opening unsolicited file attachments is hilarious: “I can’t believe fools still open stray attachments.”
⊗ I can’t help but think of Senator Ted Stevens whenever someone
mentions bandwidth capacity.
⊗ Forget my wish list. I ordered the Amazon Kindle, which should arrive in a few weeks.
