My Amazon Kindle arrived! The Kindle is smaller than the pictures I’ve seen and heavier than I thought it would be. So far, I’ve read a sample of Alan Greenspan’s The Age of Turbulence, read a few text files, played some mp3s, looked up stuff on Wikipedia, and fiddled with the menu. My experience with the Amazon Kindle thus far has been excellent.
The key to increasing Windows Vista adoption is to have Windows XP’s Service Pack 3 make a computer much slower than under Service Pack 2, instead of faster.
Ryan Naraine’s comment regarding opening unsolicited file attachments is hilarious: “I can’t believe fools still open stray attachments.”
I can’t help but think of Senator Ted Stevens whenever someone mentions bandwidth capacity.
